What happens when you hire The Hire Net.Work?
  • An initial meeting is held to determine specific client needs.
  • We clearly articulate and agree upon the terms of reference for the coaching relationship (expectations, explanations, cost etc.)
  • A behavioural assessment may be recommended.
  • Surveys and 360 Degree Assessment tools are occasionally employed to clarify the current situation.
  • We design and commit to a game plan about what is to be accomplished.

How do we meet?
After the initial face-to-face meeting, the majority of our contact will be a weekly or bi-weekly telephone conversation at a predetermined time. If more time is needed or special circumstances warrant it, other conversations will be held.

How long is the usual starting commitment?
A six-month commitment is customary. After the first month, either party can terminate the coaching relationship.

Can I hire a coach for a special short-term project?
Absolutely. An individual or a company may be facing a specific challenge that requires coaching assistance for a limited time.

What does it cost?
Once the parameters of the coaching arrangement are decided, an hourly or monthly fee is agreed upon. This fee will vary depending on the time commitment, the nature of the goals and challenges, and other factors. A retainer of one month in advance is required. Invoices are payable at the start of each four week period. Our fee is an investment in the individual and the organization!
