THN coaches take a Coach Approach to leadership development which is unlike traditional consulting and training. We collaborate with our clients to support their business goals and focus on the development and growth of their leadership talents and strengths. THN aligns the right expertise and resources to deliver and monitor successes that will drive the desired business results.

From our beginnings 17 years ago The Hire Net.Work has continually reshaped its approach to organizational effectiveness by keeping abreast of the shifting needs of our clients. In the early 1990's, we saw gaps in the organizational effectiveness activities typically provided in the workplace. In response to the need for a new approach to the development of high potential leaders we broadened our range of organizational effectiveness solutions by adding a “coach approach” to our leadership training and development services. Our clients have confirmed the need for business leadership coaching and our menu of services continues to expand each year.

The Hire Net.Work is a professional team of highly trained Business Leader Coaches, Facilitators, and Trainers. Our team has extensive senior business experience at all levels across a variety of industries in North America , and has a significant number of years of successful business leader coaching. All our Business Leader Coaches are credentialed and are members of the International Coach Federation strictly adhering to the ICF code of ethics.

Their vast and diverse backgrounds enable The Hire Net.Work to provide clients and the individuals within their organization with the appropriate coach / leader match to ensure success.
